Why you DON’T need to apologize when you hire a professional organizer

When I go to work with a new client, one of the first things they say to me is “I’m so sorry that [insert statement about their house, the mess, the clutter, what they are embarrassed about.]

My message today is simple, there’s no need to apologize. I always tell my clients, “I’m not here to judge you, I’m here to help you.”

There are all sorts of reasons that our life and stuff can get out of control. My goal is to help clients figure out what their goals are and help create a pathway to get there. I also offer all of my clients a free phone consultation before we start working together so that they can get to know me and see if I’m a good fit.
